How to cook:
3 teaspoon of salt
1) Bring the water to a boil, add salt and mix
2) Put pelmeni into boiling water
3) Bring the water to a boil again. Dumplings will float to the surface.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 5–7 minutes, stir occasionally.
